Our guarantee was put in place to help ease the stress of buying toys online. We know how frustrating it is to purchase something online but be grossly let down. That's why we offer a 14 Day Guarantee!
Policy Details
If you dog manages to destroy one of our tough CHEWs within 14 days of it arriving, we will send a replacement, it's that simple! So we can organise this as quickly as possible;
- Contact us via info@thegreatchew.com.au with your order number, name, phone number and a photo of the CHEW
- If you have moved, please let us know so we can send the new CHEW to the right address
- It's not uncommon for small bits to be pulled off (scales on the fish, grips on the OG etc). However, if it's no longer able to played with then we will organise a replacement
