Lost or Damaged?
Parcels go missing sometimes. We promise it's not the neighbours dog but we can't promise the postie didn't get chased on the way out! But seriously, missing parcels suck. Although we can't waive a stick and make things appear, we can send you another one. Check the tracking details and if it's outside the estimated delivery with no recent updates, contact us and we will help you (and the furry one) out.
Return/Exchange Policy
It's ok to change your mind. We also know how quickly circumstances change and we are here to help. If you need to return or exchange your CHEW, please make sure you read the following;
- Contact us within 14 days of your CHEW arriving - include your order number, name and phone number
- Once your original order has been received, we will refund/send a new CHEW
- We cannot accept used CHEWS - please make sure they are their original condition before sending
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility
